axona AICHI won the Chicago Athenaeum GREEN GOOD DESIGN 2024 for the new stacking chair “Gene” following the 4-leg stacking chair “Tipo-MA/MAC” in 2017, the nesting chair “Tipo-NST” in 2017 and the stacking sled chair “Tipo-SX” in 2014.
The Chicago Athenaeum GREEN GOOD DESIGN is the award which the European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design and Urban Studies and the Chicago Athenaeum have developed the GREEN GOOD DESIGN Award to recognise the world's most outstanding examples of sustainable design.
This award also seeks to develop greater public awareness about the global companies leading ecologically-sustainable design.
