iF DESIGN AWARD

Since 1953, the iF DESIGN AWARD has been held by the world’s oldest independent design organization, iF International Forum Design GmbH. These awards have become established as one of the most important design prize ceremonies in the world. Every year, the competition is intense with over 6,000 entries submitted from more than 70 countries.
 

German Design Award

The German Design Council is one of the world’s leading centers for design. Established by the German Parliament and sponsored by German industry, the German Design Award is only open to entries that have been nominated by the German Design Council or Germany’s Ministry for the Economy. The jury selects one gold winner and awards up to 15 distinction prizes in each category.
 

AIT Innovation Award Architecture + Office

AIT Innovation Award Architecture + Office is a design competition held during the Orgatec international trade fair in Cologne, Germany. The award is intended to recognise designers and manufacturers of innovative products displaying a high level of quality, both in terms of function and design.

The GOOD DESIGN^® Awards were founded in Chicago in 1950. Organized by the Chicago Athenaeum : Museum of Architecture and Design in cooperation with the European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design and Urban Studies, the GOOD DESIGN^® Awards remain the oldest and most important design awards program across the globe. The world's most successful manufacturers and Fortune 500 companies set the Museum’s GOOD DESIGN^® logo as the gold standard for design excellence.
 

GREEN GOOD DESIGN AWARD
As awarded by the Chicago Athenaeum : Museum of Architecture and Design.

More recently, the European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design and Urban Studies and the Chicago Athenaeum have developed the GREEN GOOD DESIGN Award to recognise the world's most outstanding examples of sustainable design. This award also seeks to develop greater public awareness about the global companies leading ecologically-sustainable design.

Prize Designs for Modern Furniture + Lighting 2022

The Prize Designs for Modern Furniture + Lighting Award is a historic event held by the MoMA (Museum of Modern Art, New York) in 1949, and it was relaunched after more than 70 years by Global Design News and The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design.The sustainability element is essential, and this award will be given to works that are highly innovative in design and technology and that have an impact on future design development.

Entries to the Universal Design Competition are displayed as part of an exhibition in the Oskar von Miller Forum during Munich Creative Business Week. Contenders personally present their entry to both an expert panel, as well as a 100-person consumer jury.
 

Best of Neocon

The Best of Neocon design competition has been held in Chicago every June since 1969 at Neocon, the world's largest and most important exhibition for the commercial interiors industry in North America.
